Rae Anne McLaughlin
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Rae Anne McLaughlin

Rae Anne McLaughlin is a Co-Founder, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Kids In Seats, bringing more than 20 years of experience serving at-risk, underserved, and vulnerable youth and families.

Throughout her career, Rae Anne has helped facilitate the distribution of nearly 500,000 tickets and experiences with an estimated face value exceeding $100 million. Her work has connected children and families to unforgettable sporting events, concerts, performing arts programs, and community experiences through partnerships with organizations including the New York Yankees, New York Islanders, and numerous professional sports, entertainment, and community organizations.

Prior to co-founding Kids In Seats, Rae Anne spent two decades developing and implementing youth residential programs and advocating for displaced and underserved youth. Her work has included leadership roles and collaboration with the New York State Runaway and Homeless Youth Division, the Office of Mental Health, Nassau County Foster Care, and other government and community agencies focused on improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Rae Anne has extensive experience advocating for educational opportunities, youth development programs, and community partnerships that help young people build confidence, create lasting memories, and strengthen their path toward adulthood.

She is extensively trained in the McKinney-Vento Act, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW), and is a New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC).

Today, she continues to lead the operational growth of Kids In Seats while building partnerships that expand access to life-changing experiences for deserving youth and families across North America.

Ann Lademann
Director of Community Partnerships & Program Operations

Ann Lademann

Ann Lademann plays a vital role in helping Kids In Seats deliver life-changing experiences to children and families throughout the communities we serve.

Working closely with community organizations, youth agencies, schools, and nonprofit partners, Ann helps coordinate ticket distribution, recipient outreach, and program implementation. She serves as a key liaison between Kids In Seats and organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs and other community agencies, ensuring opportunities reach the children and families who can benefit most.

Known for her hands-on approach and commitment to service, Ann is often the boots-on-the-ground representative helping turn donated tickets and experiences into meaningful moments for deserving youth. Her ability to build relationships, communicate with partner organizations, and coordinate program delivery has helped Kids In Seats expand its impact and strengthen its community partnerships.

Ann believes every child deserves access to opportunities that inspire confidence, create lasting memories, and remind them they matter. Her dedication to supporting families and community organizations continues to help Kids In Seats fulfill its mission every day.
