Rae Anne McLaughlin
Rae Anne McLaughlin is a Co-Founder, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Kids In Seats, bringing more than 20 years of experience serving at-risk, underserved, and vulnerable youth and families.
Throughout her career, Rae Anne has helped facilitate the distribution of nearly 500,000 tickets and experiences with an estimated face value exceeding $100 million. Her work has connected children and families to unforgettable sporting events, concerts, performing arts programs, and community experiences through partnerships with organizations including the New York Yankees, New York Islanders, and numerous professional sports, entertainment, and community organizations.
Prior to co-founding Kids In Seats, Rae Anne spent two decades developing and implementing youth residential programs and advocating for displaced and underserved youth. Her work has included leadership roles and collaboration with the New York State Runaway and Homeless Youth Division, the Office of Mental Health, Nassau County Foster Care, and other government and community agencies focused on improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
Rae Anne has extensive experience advocating for educational opportunities, youth development programs, and community partnerships that help young people build confidence, create lasting memories, and strengthen their path toward adulthood.
She is extensively trained in the McKinney-Vento Act, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW), and is a New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC).
Today, she continues to lead the operational growth of Kids In Seats while building partnerships that expand access to life-changing experiences for deserving youth and families across North America.
